Stages of the process
Every stage controlled with WIP visibility.
Our Work In Progress control gives detailed follow-up across development, fabric, garment manufacturing, finishing, and export.
Step 1 Controlled stage
Fashion apparel development
We select fabrics and materials by texture, drape, color, durability, and suitability for the design. Fabric samples can be requested to confirm quality before development.
Base patterns are created from sketches, tech packs, or client specifications. Tests and adjustments are made to achieve the right fit and garment shape.
Prototypes validate fit, comfort, functionality, wash behavior, and durability before moving to production-ready samples.
Final details such as pockets, buttons, closures, trims, embroidery, printing, and seam finishes are defined for sales samples, catalog shoots, and approvals.

Step 2 Controlled stage
Manufacturing of knit fabrics
Cotton, polyester, modal, lyocell, Pima cotton, and blended yarns are selected according to performance, hand feel, and final garment use.
The fabric is created by forming loops with selected yarns and interlacing them according to the required knit structure.
We use high-fastness reactive and disperse dyes with GOTS and OEKO-TEX certified options, plus finishes such as silicone, anti-pilling, antimicrobial, water repellency, wrinkle resistance, and UV protection.
When required, we include fabric wash, garment dye, distressing, and other finishes that improve hand feel and final appearance.

Step 3 Controlled stage
Manufacturing of garments
Selected fabrics are cut with specialized machinery and controlled manual processes to maintain correct shapes and sizes.
We maintain consistent stitch length, tension, seam alignment, reinforcements, clean internal finishes, and construction methods suited to each garment.
Embroidery, prints, silicone transfers, patches, lace, steaming, and manual ironing are applied according to the approved specification.
Hang tags, barcode stickers, price tags, and packing methods are applied before final AQL-based audits and export release.

Step 4 Controlled stage
Export management
We support freight forwarder selection, terms negotiation, and coordination from factory to port or airport.
We prepare documents for customs clearance, including export declarations, invoices, certificates of origin, and other required paperwork.
